This is my first time making dumplings, easier than expected. But the Dumplings skin purchased from Chinese Grocery shop is not thick enough, and the taste not as good as compared to what we usually purchased from Taiwan markets. However, for the first time trying, I'm quite satisfied the result.
Next time, maybe we will try other flavour and make the dumplings skin by ourselves. Hope that will be even better than this time.
PS. It's really huge, haha, compared to frozen dumplings sold in store.
